You'll lead a Prague-based team evolving Everpure's industry-leading file services for FlashArray. Your core impact is delivering enterprise-grade, high-availability file capabilities that empower global innovators to manage mission-critical data. This role blends deep systems-level engineering with high-impact people leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead full SDLC for core file features from design to production rollout.
• Partner with architects and Product Management to define technical roadmap.
• Champion rigorous testing strategies and CI/CD health culture.
• Manage and mentor a team of 5-8 engineers on distributed systems.

📋 Requirements

• People leadership experience leading software engineering teams.
• Distributed systems or storage/filesystems engineering background.
• Ability to perform code reviews in C++, Go, Java, or Python.
• Experience shipping complex infrastructure products using Agile methodologies.
