Description

In this role, you will support kaizen activities, document standard work, and drive data-driven process improvements in a manufacturing environment. You'll work hands-on with lean tools and receive mentorship from senior CI leaders to grow your career.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or equivalent
• Up to 3 years of experience or internship in manufacturing or industrial environment
• Familiarity with lean tools (standard work, 5S, PDCA, takt time) through coursework or project experience
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated career ambition with track record of growth and increasing responsibility

Responsibilities

• Support kaizen events through data collection, time studies, layout prep, and post-event sustainment
• Help document standard work, work instructions, and visual management tools
• Assist in root cause analysis, 5S audits, and daily tier meetings
• Capture baseline metrics, analyze waste, and support implementation of improvements
• Participate in lean training and mentorship from senior CI leaders
