💼 About This Role

You'll design and develop complex multilayer PCBs for defense systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your work will directly support critical national security missions within the Intelligence Community. This role stands out for its direct impact on transformative military technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design PCB layouts to meet performance and reliability standards
• Manage end-to-end design-to-manufacture pipeline and BOM
• Coordinate with fabrication and assembly vendors
• Troubleshoot and reverse engineer existing PCB designs

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in electrical engineering or similar plus 5+ years professional PCB design experience
• Proficiency in Altium Designer CAD tools
• Experience with high-density and high layer count (over 16) digital designs
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with other design tools such as OrCAD, Cadence, or Allegro
• Experience with high-pin count packages (FPGA fanout)
• CID or CID+ certification
