As an Engineering Manager at Realtor.com, you will lead a cross-functional squad of 5-8 engineers to deliver consumer experiences around real estate insights, market trends, and property data. You'll balance people leadership and technical strategy, coaching your team while ensuring high-quality delivery of features.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in engineering management
• Experience managing teams of 4-8 engineers in agile environment
• Strong technical background in React, TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL
• Experience with WordPress VIP solutions and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
• Proven track record delivering consumer-facing products at scale

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of 5-8 software engineers
• Partner with Product to define and prioritize the team roadmap
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable delivery of features
• Drive operational excellence including on-call and incident response
