💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the lead coach for a boutique fitness studio, coaching 10 classes per week. You'll drive community outreach and coach development, ensuring best-in-class client experiences. This role offers a chance to build relationships and shape team culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach 10 classes per week as lead instructor
• Provide feedback and development to coaching team
• Assist with day-to-day studio operations
• Lead outreach and marketing for community partnerships

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years prior group fitness experience
• Availability including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office
• Ability to lift/carry 30 pounds
