You will lead a team of engineers to oversee project execution and ensure flawless on-time delivery of the HASTE hypersonic test vehicle. You will drive vehicle modifications, manage customer interfaces, and coordinate global teams to deliver innovative space solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering and programme management experience
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace, or manufacturing engineering or related field
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in high-pressure environments
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules, budgets, and work breakdown structures for cross-functional HASTE projects
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering teams and stakeholders
• Provide regular reporting on schedules, technical risks, KPIs, and financial performance
• Lead project execution and ensure on-time delivery of hypersonic test vehicle
• Champion best practices, drive operational efficiency, and foster culture of ownership and innovation
