💼 About This Role

You'll respond to donor referrals and manage organ recovery for Donor Network West, a nonprofit dedicated to saving lives through organ and tissue donation. You'll collaborate with hospitals and donor families in a high-stress, critical care environment. This hybrid role offers the chance to make a direct impact on transplant outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to donor referrals and perform medical suitability assessments.
• Manage donor hemodynamic stability and organ function.
• Coordinate organ recovery and allocation with OR staff and UNOS standards.
• Provide donation discussion and support to grieving families.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, biological sciences, or allied health.
• 2 years critical care experience OR 1 year OPO clinical role.
• ACLS certification (must obtain/maintain).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within service area.

✨ Nice to Have

• CPTC certification (obtain within 2 years).
• Experience as RN, EMT-P, or RRT.
• Experience in organ procurement organization.
