💼 About This Role

You'll join Datadog's Enterprise IT team to troubleshoot issues, support employee onboarding, and manage SaaS applications. You'll gain hands-on experience with hardware, software, and IT workflows while contributing to a scaling internal infrastructure. This role offers a mentor program and relocation support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide customer service and technical support for employees
• Shadow and support laptop deployment for onboarding and refresh
• Assist with ticketing, account management, and basic troubleshooting
• Help maintain hardware and software inventory

📋 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or have a degree in IT, Communications, or related field
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software
• Passionate about technology and eager to learn
• Available to work full-time from June 1 to August 21, 2026 in Boston office

• Familiarity with macOS, iOS, or other Apple devices
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace or other SaaS applications
