💼 About This Role

You'll guide students from initial interest to application submission for study abroad programs with ISA TEAN. You'll serve as a trusted partner, helping students identify programs aligned with their academic goals and personal interests. This role combines relationship-building with proactive outreach and collaboration with program managers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage prospective students via phone, email, live chat, and inquiry forms
• Follow up on leads with proactive outreach to recommend suitable programs
• Guide students through decision-making and toward application submission
• Collaborate with Program Managers and Regional Directors on complex cases

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service or student-facing experience
• Solid knowledge of international education and study abroad programs

• Background in sales or advising
• Study abroad, international research, teaching, or service-learning experience
• Experience working on a U.S. college or university campus
