💼 About This Role

You'll own and drive cloud security across Addi's AWS infrastructure, building CNAPP from scratch and hardening the environment. You'll establish secure Infrastructure-as-Code standards using Terraform, reducing risk while enabling team velocity. This role offers the chance to shape a financial platform serving millions in Latin America.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct cloud security assessment and produce remediation roadmap.
• Design and operationalize CrowdStrike CNAPP for full AWS coverage.
• Define secure IaC standards with policy-as-code and least privilege.
• Establish continuous cloud security monitoring and alerting.

📋 Requirements

• Deep AWS Security expertise including IAM, VPC, S3, GuardDuty.
• Experience operating CNAPP/CSPM platforms like CrowdStrike or Wiz.
• Proven cloud vulnerability management end-to-end.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on Terraform and secure IaC experience.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 cloud controls.
