You'll partner with the CFO and agency leadership to drive financial visibility and strategic decisions. This high-impact role offers significant exposure to senior leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages with actuals and forecasts.
• Consolidate financial data and submit to holding company.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for assigned agencies.
• Support annual audit process and ensure compliance.

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and reporting processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
