You'll prime vehicles and perform final sanding, buffing, and touch-up in our high-tech Inspection Centers. Your work ensures low-mileage, late-model cars are ready for customers. You'll enjoy 100% company-paid healthcare premiums and tuition reimbursement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prime vehicles and perform final sanding before painting
• Buff, touch-up, mix paint, and use airbrush
• Operate paint booth and apply water-based paint
• Work mandatory overtime as needed

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of professional automotive painting experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR check
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Experience with water-based paint
• ASE certification
• Prior work in high-volume reconditioning center
