• Edit UGC-style video ads for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
• Contribute to pre-packaging with title and thumbnail concepts
• Record A-roll, B-roll, and UGC content
• Leverage AI to create concepts and hooks

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a video editor focusing on short-form content
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Deep understanding of short-form content hooks and pacing
• Proven success as an editor for growing social media accounts

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools like ArcAds, VEO, Nano Banana, Claude
• Analytical skills for paid advertising KPIs
• Willingness to work in fast-paced environment
