You'll provide an amazing shopping experience for pop culture fans, sharing product knowledge and processing sales. You'll also stock merchandise and maintain store visuals. Customer service and team collaboration are key to this role.

• Provide customer service and drive add-on sales
• Cover sales floor and maintain visual standards
• Process transactions and use BOPIS/curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram and merchandising changes

• Previous retail experience
• Customer service and selling skills
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
