You will serve as the trusted technical advisor for venues like licensed clubs, hospitality groups, and golf courses, ensuring their IT environments are secure and reliable. This strategic, client-facing role involves managing client portfolios, conducting technology reviews, and driving proactive initiatives while collaborating with internal teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years in IT
• 3+ years within an MSP environment

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients across hospitality, registered clubs, and golf clubs
• Conduct Technology Business Reviews (TBRs) and lead client strategy sessions
• Develop and maintain technology roadmaps and lifecycle plans
• Assess client environments for performance, security, risk, and improvement opportunities
• Drive proactive initiatives including network upgrades, Wi-Fi optimization, and infrastructure modernization
