🎯 What You'll Do

• Define multi-year vision for B2B collections and recovery strategy
• Own performance metrics for delinquencies, roll rates, and net charge-offs
• Lead and mentor an internal team of collections managers and specialists
• Oversee external collection agencies and legal partners

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in collections, risk operations, or credit cycle management
• At least 5 years focused on B2B/commercial unsecured credit
• 3+ years in a senior leadership role
• Deep domain expertise in commercial collections strategies
