💼 About This Role

You'll ensure ABC works with the best process servers by coaching and training underperforming servers. Your core impact is improving server performance through feedback and accountability. This role is fully remote within select states.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach and train underperforming process servers on key metrics
• Communicate directly with servers to provide feedback
• Review daily reports and reach out to disengaged servers
• Track blockers and escalate to leadership team

📋 Requirements

• Experience training and/or coaching
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to analyze processes and recommend improvements
