You'll lead and support practice team members in delivering high-quality patient care and operational excellence at a primary care practice. You'll ensure smooth daily operations, coach teammates, and drive performance improvement. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership in a dynamic healthcare environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure operational readiness through check-ins, staffing reviews, and task queue monitoring
• Provide team support through training, coaching, and mentoring
• Drive performance improvement via active daily management and huddle facilitation
• Perform inventory management including ordering, receiving, and expiration tracking

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role in high-touch customer service or patient-facing healthcare
• Graduated from a CAAHEP or ABHES accredited Medical Assistant program
• Active Medical Assistant certification from NHA, AAMA, NCCT, AMCA, NAHP, NCMA, or AMT
