💼 About This Role

You'll develop and execute Scality's indirect sales strategy through strategic channel partners, resellers, and system integrators. Your core impact will be driving partner-sourced and influenced revenue through joint go-to-market execution and pipeline creation. You'll manage distribution partners and co-sell with partner AEs and SEs to achieve quota targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Recruit, onboard, and enable VARs in the territory
  • Build joint business plans with pipeline and revenue targets
  • Manage distribution partners including enablement and deal support
  • Co-sell with partner AEs and SEs and coordinate POCs

📋 Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in channel sales within B2B infrastructure
  • Proven ability to build and scale a channel territory
  • Hands-on experience managing distribution partners
  • Strong understanding of partner program mechanics

✨ Nice to Have

  • Existing relationships with VARs, systems integrators, and consulting partners
  • Territory knowledge of the Bay Area
