💼 About This Role
You'll develop and execute Scality's indirect sales strategy through strategic channel partners, resellers, and system integrators. Your core impact will be driving partner-sourced and influenced revenue through joint go-to-market execution and pipeline creation. You'll manage distribution partners and co-sell with partner AEs and SEs to achieve quota targets.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Recruit, onboard, and enable VARs in the territory
- Build joint business plans with pipeline and revenue targets
- Manage distribution partners including enablement and deal support
- Co-sell with partner AEs and SEs and coordinate POCs
📋 Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in channel sales within B2B infrastructure
- Proven ability to build and scale a channel territory
- Hands-on experience managing distribution partners
- Strong understanding of partner program mechanics
✨ Nice to Have
- Existing relationships with VARs, systems integrators, and consulting partners
- Territory knowledge of the Bay Area
