💼 About This Role

You'll lead the sales floor at a Malbon boutique in San Francisco, driving results and coaching team members. You'll ensure every customer interaction reflects Malbon's mission of creativity and inclusivity. This role offers bonus eligibility and employee benefits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver elevated, customer-first experiences on the sales floor.
• Analyze KPIs (conversion, UPT, AOV) with the Store Manager.
• Train and coach team members to achieve sales goals.
• Support daily operations including inventory and visual merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or customer-facing experience
• Previous leadership or key holder experience preferred
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
