🎯 What You'll Do

• Attend monthly quality assurance and process improvement meetings
• Review and update clinical guidelines for facilities
• Supervise nurse practitioners and physician assistants
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in SNF residents

📋 Requirements

• Medical degree and board certification
• Active medical license in Michigan
• Experience in skilled nursing facility or geriatric care
• Ability to supervise NPs and PAs

• Administrative or medical director experience
• Familiarity with PointClickCare or MatrixCare EHR
• Certification in geriatrics
