You will lead the development and quality oversight of technical documentation for large, complex projects, ensuring integrated deliverables and compliance. You'll manage quality review processes, coordinate risk assessments, and mentor project staff to support a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in relevant field
• Minimum 12 years of professional experience
• 5 years in increasingly responsible roles on education projects
• 3 years in construction administration on large education projects
• Current Architectural Registration in the United States

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor integrated quality review processes for all disciplines
• Develop strategy for continuous proactive quality engagement
• Coordinate project risk assessment and phase updates
• Guide development of Project Quality Plan and phase milestone reviews
• Monitor coordination of disciplines and project metrics
