💼 About This Role

You'll lead test campaigns for Eagle Eye and Next Generation Command Control systems at Anduril. You'll ensure mission-critical systems perform flawlessly in the modern battlespace. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge defense technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage test planning, execution, and reporting for Connected Warfare products.
• Define verification protocols using requirements-based and operational methodologies.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with engineering, program management, and military partners.
• Oversee Test Readiness Reviews, manage incidents, and track deficiencies.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in system-level test and evaluation of integrated hardware/software systems.
• Proven leadership of test teams (≥5 engineers) and complex multi-site test campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with developmental and operational test events in lab and field settings.
• Experience with RF communications, tactical datalinks, and networked C2 systems in a DoD operational environment.

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of EMI/EMC, environmental testing, and power/avionics standards.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines, software integration, and hardware-in-the-loop test environments.
