💼 About This Role

You'll own data analytics infrastructure at Smile Digital Health, bridging DevOps and data engineering. You'll provision cloud infrastructure and automate CI/CD workflows for our FHIR-based healthcare data platform. You'll operate Spark and Big Data systems powering both internal and customer deployments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.
• Provision and operate cloud-based Spark clusters and data processing environments.
• Write and maintain data pipelines on the same infrastructure you manage.
• Design scalable infrastructure templates across AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in a DevOps, DataOps, or data platform engineering role.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark and managed Spark platforms.
• Proficiency in Python; working knowledge of Java or Scala.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.

• Infrastructure-as-code with Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms.
• Experience with pipeline orchestration tools such as Airflow or Prefect.
