💼 About This Role

You'll own the transaction processing engine for Nium's card issuance platform, covering authorization, clearing, settlement, and more. You'll design resilient flows and lead processor integrations to keep transactions flowing securely at global scale. This role offers the chance to shape card processing infrastructure for a leader in real-time payments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end processing roadmap for authorization, clearing, settlement, and chargeback flows.
• Translate scheme bulletins into processor requirements and sprint-ready tickets.
• Design resilient transaction flows with fallback logic and fraud rule triggers.
• Lead processor and core-ledger integrations by writing detailed interface specs.

📋 Requirements

• 8 years of product management in card issuing or transaction processing.
• Deep understanding of Visa/Mastercard scheme protocols and ISO8583 messaging.
• Strong track record writing technical specifications for engineering teams.
• Experience integrating with third-party processors and ledger systems.
