💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare to repair and maintain heavy equipment and aerial lifts using proprietary T3 technology. You'll diagnose issues faster and work smarter with real-time data, helping transform the construction industry. This role offers year-round OEM training and growth opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment parts
• Maintain paperwork and electronic documentation of work performed

📋 Requirements

• Must own tools applicable to position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle
