Description

You will own the technical foundation for AI at Komodo Health, designing agent runtimes, orchestration layers, evaluation systems, and reference architectures for the AI platform Marmot. You'll lead a team to scale generative AI in a regulated healthcare environment, partnering with leadership to align infrastructure with commercial outcomes.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on expertise in LLM-based systems and a builder's mindset
• Experience hardening AI platforms for scale and trust in regulated environments
• Proven ability to establish AI engineering standards and governance models
• Strong strategic alignment with C-Suite, Product, and Sales leadership
• Technical advisory skills to translate complex AI concepts into strategy

Responsibilities

• Design and ship agent runtimes, orchestration layers, and shared evaluation systems
• Define reference architectures and engineering standards across AI org
• Integrate LLMs and NLP systems into production with deterministic control planes
• Build auditability, regression testing, and lifecycle governance for AI systems
• Partner cross-functionally to embed AI into core data workflows
