💼 About This Role

You'll join Adaptyv Bio to work on gene production and DNA quality control in an automated biofoundry. You'll operate cutting-edge DNA synthesis and characterization instruments that power AI-driven experiments. This role offers hands-on exposure to high-throughput molecular biology workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform chemical synthesis and assembly of DNA using automated synthesizer.
• Execute molecular biology experiments including PCR, Golden Gate, and Gibson assemblies.
• Conduct quality control using capillary electrophoresis and DNA sequencing.
• Support lab operations: reagent prep, sample tracking, inventory management.

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Biology or related field.
• Hands-on experience with PCR, DNA purification, and gel electrophoresis.
• Experience with at least one standard cloning method: Gibson, Golden Gate, or ligation cloning.
• Basic understanding of chemistry and safe chemical handling practices.
