You'll provide technical support for EPA research projects in a specialized lab environment. You'll lead project execution, mentor junior team members, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical projects under senior guidance, ensuring scope and budget adherence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engineering/scientific solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers, scientists, or technicians.
• Prepare technical reports, QAPPs, and health & safety plans.

📋 Requirements

• B.S. degree in Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, or related field.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) providing on-site research support for the EPA's Office of Research and Development.
• Experience authoring scientific, technical, quality assurance, and health & safety documentation.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.

✨ Nice to Have

• M.S. or Ph.D. in a relevant field.
• Experience implementing organizational quality assurance plans and quality management practices.
• Experience implementing client and organizational health & safety protocols.
