🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead video calls with clients in English
• Handle high-level client opportunities and scope increases
• Manage accounting automation tools like QuickBooks Online
• Review financials and processes produced by team members

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of small business accounting experience
• Advanced English proficiency for client-facing communication
• Reliable remote setup with high-speed internet
• Experience managing bookkeepers and reviewing financial statements
