💼 About This Role

You'll support the growth of APAC markets by building and managing affiliate partnerships through performance-based channels. Your work will drive high-quality traffic and long-term partner growth. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Melbourne CBD office.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit and onboard new affiliates via social media and streaming platforms
• Manage relationships with local-language partners
• Analyze affiliate performance data to optimize traffic and conversion
• Negotiate commission structures and partnership terms

📋 Requirements

• Fluent in English both spoken and written
• Proficient in Tagalog or another APAC language
• 1-2 years experience in affiliate marketing or similar
• Understanding of APAC markets and user behaviour

• Familiarity with streaming platforms or performance marketing
• Experience with Google Sheets or Excel for reporting
• Exposure to iGaming or crypto industries
