💼 About This Role

You'll build and lead a maintenance team supporting Starlink satellite production at our Bastrop facility. Your work will ensure critical manufacturing equipment uptime and drive continuous improvement. This role offers hands-on leadership in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of multi-skilled maintenance technicians
• Create and update preventive maintenance plans and schedules
• Partner with engineering to improve production equipment performance
• Manage spare parts inventory and supervise emergency breakdowns

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of maintenance/manufacturing experience OR 5+ years without degree
• 2+ years in a direct leadership role
• Willingness to work night shift (5pm-5am)
