You'll manage benefits administration and ensure compliance with employment laws in a detail-oriented environment. You'll collaborate across HR, accounting, and operations to improve processes and maintain accurate reporting. This role offers exposure to government compliance programs and strategic process improvements.

  • Manage employee benefits administration including health, retirement, and risk programs.
  • Conduct audits and reconciliations for benefits, PTO, and compliance initiatives.
  • Coordinate with accounting to ensure accurate reporting and process alignment.
  • Support compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulatory reporting.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in HR, benefits, compliance, compensation, or risk management.
  • Auditing and reconciliation experience with data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems like Paylocity, bSwift, and Procas.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Accounting experience strongly preferred.
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience with government compliance programs.
