You'll assist in drafting and maintaining credit and risk policies for a global B2B payments network. Your work will ensure policy accuracy and compliance across the organization. This role offers collaboration with legal and credit risk teams to shape lending practices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and update credit risk, lending, and compliance policies.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and credit risk teams.
• Maintain policy documentation and knowledge management systems.
• Contribute to policy reviews and post-implementation assessments.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience writing credit policy, preferably at a banking institution.
• 3+ years in commercial credit risk origination and management or risk compliance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with credit risk frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with SharePoint, Helpjuice, or similar content management tools.
