💼 About This Role

You'll develop manufacturing test strategies for AI infrastructure hardware at OpenAI's Stargate organization. You'll own test station design, automation, and partner management to ensure hardware is reliable at scale. This role operates at the intersection of hardware engineering and deployment teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and deploy manufacturing test solutions with global partners.
• Define test requirements and drive Design for Test (DFT).
• Maintain test operations and deploy updates to manufacturing systems.
• Build automated test scripts for functional testing and diagnostics.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of experience in hardware or manufacturing test engineering.
• Experience with custom electronics, fixturing, and instrumentation for test systems.
• Experience managing test systems and processes to improve manufacturability.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience testing server, networking, or data center hardware.
• Python or Shell scripting and Linux familiarity.
• Knowledge of test station bring-up and validation methodologies.
