Description

You will run the local Carvana hub, overseeing market launch, operations, logistics, branding, and team engagement. You'll lead a team of Customer Advocates, providing vision, development, and performance management while ensuring a positive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a continuous positive force and create strong team morale
• Interview, select, onboard, and train Customer Advocates
• Actively develop team through feedback, performance check-ins, and goal setting
• Generate and monitor regular reports for upper management
• Serve as go-to expert and support Advocates as needed
