You'll provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to adult and geriatric clients in their homes as part of a multi-disciplinary team. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements of mobility, range of motion, and strength.
• Implement integumentary protective interventions to prevent wounds and promote repair.
• Develop individualized care plans including manual therapy, gait training, and balance exercises.
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care and activities for independent living.

📋 Requirements

• Current New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited program as shown by transcript or diploma.
• Solid computer skills; prior electronic medical records experience preferred.
