You'll perform end-to-end NGS workflows including plasma processing and library preparation for a multi-cancer liquid biopsy platform. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable lab operations as the company scales its US operations. This role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge cancer detection technology in a rapidly growing startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform plasma processing, cfDNA extraction, and library preparation.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment including troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation in LIMS and laboratory records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support study execution.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Hands-on NGS experience including DNA extraction and library preparation.
• Technical troubleshooting skills and ability to interpret data.
• Experience handling and quantifying DNA samples.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with automated liquid handling systems.
• Experience in a CLIA or CAP high-complexity laboratory.
• Familiarity with LIMS platforms.
