💼 About This Role

You'll oversee safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment at Weee!'s Clifton, NJ site. You'll support the EHS Manager in compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and drive injury reduction through training and coaching. This role offers the chance to join a rapidly growing ethnic e-grocer with significant funding.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and other regulations
• Provide safety training and implement safety programs
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits
• Investigate accidents and maintain safety records

📋 Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Safety or related field
• 3+ years of progressive EHS experience
• OSHA 10-Hour General Industry or Construction certification
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety
• Knowledge of Anhydrous Ammonia refrigeration systems
