You'll partner with client teams to develop data-driven strategic recommendations that drive business outcomes. You'll embed strategic rigor into cross-functional workstreams and elevate strategic thinking across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Partner with client teams to develop strategic recommendations rooted in data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed strategic rigor into deliverables.
  • Maintain POV on macro trends shaping media strategy and consumer behaviors.
  • Contribute to thought leadership through articles, reports, and presentations.

📋 Requirements

  • 15 years of experience in media planning, strategic planning, or similar.
  • Familiarity with GWI, MRI, Mintel, WARC, NMI, or Comscore.
  • Experience developing insights from brand lift studies, sales lift studies, or marketing mix models.
  • New business conversion experience across various client sizes and categories.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with multicultural media plans or pharmaceutical/political verticals.
  • Familiarity with CRM, first-party, or commerce data for audience insight.
  • Mentorship and oversight of strategic talent.
