Description

You will own and elevate the end-to-end native app experience for refurbed, making the journey from discovery to purchasing and order management effortless and joyful. You'll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data specialists to define the future of mobile, integrating AI-assisted shopping features that help customers make sustainable choices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience on iOS and Android apps
• Strong sense for interaction, motion, and usability in native environments
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and business impact
• Data-informed with blend of quantitative and qualitative insights
• Experience integrating generative AI tools in workflow

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UX of native app (iOS and Android)
• Shape design vision and product direction with Product and Engineering
• Design AI-assisted shopping features (recommendations, conversational flows)
• Drive solutions through continuous discovery and experimentation
• Partner with engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementation quality
