You'll become an expert on the Whippy AI platform, providing first-class support via phone, email, chat, and Zoom. You'll directly impact customer success by resolving issues quickly and ensuring seamless transitions for new clients. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Gain extensive knowledge of the Whippy platform and products.
• Resolve client issues via phone, email, chat, and Zoom.
• Conduct implementation and migration of client messaging data.
• Onboard and train users on Whippy features.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of customer support experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Full English fluency (servicing U.S. markets).
• Ability to work Eastern Standard Time hours.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, or data management software.

• Experience with cloud communication platforms (Twilio, Telnyx, Bandwidth).
