You'll partner with senior leaders to drive strategic people initiatives aligned with business goals. You'll act as a change agent guiding teams through transformation, using data to inform decisions. This role offers the chance to shape culture at a leading cloud contact center company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with senior leaders on business strategy and HR actions.
• Guide teams through organizational design and change management.
• Partner with COEs to implement scalable talent programs.
• Use data to diagnose issues and recommend solutions.
• Provide compensation guidance and manage employee relations.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HRBP or People Partner experience.
• Experience supporting go-to-market teams in global environment.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Solid knowledge of HR regulatory environment (FLSA, FMLA, etc.).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with organizational design and change leadership.
• Project management certification or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced tech company.
