You'll manage a large client caseload, blending high-accountability coaching with practical business guidance to help business owners expand as market leaders. You'll drive measurable outcomes by identifying growth opportunities and removing barriers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own client relationships and drive Crisp's growth
• Lead clients through high-stakes, time-sensitive situations
• Analyze P&Ls and recommend financial and operational changes
• Document coaching calls with action items and summaries

📋 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of business leadership experience with $5M-$100M+ revenue firms
• Proven ability to analyze P&Ls and recommend financial changes
• Comfortable holding clients accountable with tough questions
• Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
