💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end scheduling and handoff coordination for matched Virtual Assistants from match confirmation through Day 1. This is a key cross-functional role working with Sales, CSM, TA, Training, and Ops to ensure smooth onboarding with minimal friction. You'll also drive process improvements and maintain critical tracking documentation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate onboarding timeline for matched VAs from match to Day 1.
• Participate in internal/external meetings to extract critical information.
• Act as central point for schedule alignment across Sales, CSM, TA, Training, Ops.
• Maintain an onboarding tracker with milestones, owners, and status updates.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in scheduling, operations, or onboarding coordination.
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
• Agile and able to work both onsite and remotely (Makati City).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting BPO/outsourcing or VA/client matching.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Discord/Slack, CRMs, ClickUp.
• Prior experience with IEX or Genesys or other WFM tools.
