You'll manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of client-facing employee benefits initiatives. You'll own project scope and schedules, working closely with internal teams and external partners. This role is with a fast-growing insurance brokerage in a consulting environment.

  • Manage scope, schedule, and delivery of client benefits projects
  • Develop project timelines and track deliverables
  • Coordinate internal resources and external partners/vendors
  • Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Experience in employee benefits, insurance, HR, or professional services
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

โœจ Nice to Have

  • PMP or similar certification
  • Experience with benefits administration systems
  • Familiarity with insurance brokerage operations
