๐ผ About This Role
You'll manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of client-facing employee benefits initiatives. You'll own project scope and schedules, working closely with internal teams and external partners. This role is with a fast-growing insurance brokerage in a consulting environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage scope, schedule, and delivery of client benefits projects
- Develop project timelines and track deliverables
- Coordinate internal resources and external partners/vendors
- Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Experience in employee benefits, insurance, HR, or professional services
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
โจ Nice to Have
- PMP or similar certification
- Experience with benefits administration systems
- Familiarity with insurance brokerage operations
