• Own full customer relationship and implementation lifecycle from pre-sale to post-go-live

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, product management, account management, or customer success
• Whatever it takes mentality and low ego, moving between strategy and execution
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with executives and operations
• Deep customer orientation and drive to deliver impact
