💼 About This Role

You'll join a fast-growing startup building RL and evaluation frameworks for frontier AI agents. You'll contribute to our HUD agentic RL platform used by leading labs and companies. You'll help scale a profitable, venture-backed team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build new evaluations and eval environments for CUA framework
• Conduct outbound sales and develop partnerships
• Lead teams of research engineers on evals work
• Manage general startup operations as we scale

📋 Requirements

• Engagement with AI safety or AI alignment
• Understanding of LLM evaluation frameworks, especially multimodal and agentic
• Experience in fullstack LLM deployment for multimodal/agentic AI
