You'll teach FAA-aligned aviation maintenance curriculum to aspiring aircraft technicians in a hands-on environment. You'll share your real-world experience and help shape the next generation of aviation professionals. No prior teaching experience required with paid instructor training provided.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach aircraft maintenance systems and procedures in a hands-on environment
• Deliver FAA-aligned curriculum to prepare students for A&P certification
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress
• Maintain classroom, lab equipment, and training materials

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic Certificate required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to work in a structured, compliance-driven training environment

• Associate degree in aviation or related field
• Background as an A&P Mechanic or Aviation Maintenance Technician
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
