🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead origination and closing of renewable energy real estate assets in the US.
• Manage a pipeline of deals across the US.

• Oversee due diligence and underwrite assets for lease terms and cash flow.

📋 Requirements

• 6-12 years as a commercial real estate attorney at a mid to large-sized law firm and in-house at a renewable energy developer.
• Understanding of the financing, development, and operation of solar, wind, and battery projects.
• Juris Doctor and bar admission in good standing in at least one US state.
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
